This document contains the 13 tests for just discipline. If you are requested to call, talk or meet with Management regarding an action taken by you, refer to this document prior to discussion or meeting with Management. Generally speaking, you are afforded the right to be represented by a Union representative. Counseling is generally not considered discipline. If you have any questions, make contact with your Regional Trustee.
